Tucana-06 SDL is a simulated divided lites end milling machine. It is designed for end mill processing of SDL (Simulated Divided Lites) grilles, coping of vinyl & aluminum and wood bars.

Machine is equipped with a vertical pneumatic clamp, emergency stop button and two hand operation for maximum operator safety. It comes in 2 versions: bench top model and with machine base. In addition to that, we make custom molds and custom cutters for end milling of grille bars among optional equipment.
