Phoenix-02 DH is an automatic double head corner vinyl (PVC) welding machine. It has been designed for the joining of vinyl profiles though corner welding and it is capable of adjusting the clamp and welding pressure according to the profile type.The machine equipped with a timer for melting and welding time. In addition to that, it has electronic thermostat which can be adjusted in a temperature range between 0°-260°C.

Phoenix-02 DH is an automatic double head corner vinyl (PVC) welding machine. Phoenix -02 DH’s movable right head moves manually and it is equipped with a brake system. It is possible to weld at angles between 30°-180° on the left head, whereas the right head is fixed at 90°. The clamp pistons operate with low pressure for safety reasons and welding is carried out automatically after clamping the profiles.
